THE ESSENTIALS It starts with Health Partners medical and dental coverage, which includes employees and their eligible dependants including same-sex domestic partners. Because you need to recharge those batteries all of our employees receive PTO to use at their discretion. We also recognize eight paid holidays a year. Medical Benefits - MA provides medical benefits to employees and their eligible dependents, which includes same sex domestic partners. Coverage includes a $0 deductible, unlimited lifetime maximum, and a three-tiered prescription co-pay plan. These are just a few of the specifics of our comprehensive Health Partners medical plan. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following your hire date.
Dental Benefits - MA provides dental benefits to employees and their eligible dependents, which includes same sex domestic partners. You can choose your own dentist, or one in the Health Partners network. Coverage varies on the type of service you receive. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following your hire date.
PTO - Personal time with family and friends is essential for a well balanced life. MA believes employees with a fulfilling personal life will have greater success in their professional life. To help achieve this, employees receive 15 days of PTO a year. The amount of PTO increases with years of service.
Holidays - MA provides eight paid holidays a year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Clothing Allowance - We believe in setting ourselves apart and making a great first impression. We not only say business professional attire is important, we back it up with a monthly clothing allowance.
Technology Allowance - Our business revolves around technology. We have made logging in remotely as easy and accessible as possible to our employees who request it. This also includes picking up the tab for monthly high speed internet connectivity at your home.
Café - Our in-house Café is open to employees throughout the day at no cost. It's stocked with a wide variety of beverages, snacks, and frozen meals.
Catered Lunches - In addition to the unlimited snacks and beverages, we also offer a catered lunch five days a week with a hot and cold entrée option.

THE PERKS All employees participate in our profit sharing and discretionary bonus program. It's a great way to reward everyone’s commitment and hard work for the year. Not only do we offer a 401(k) savings program to our individual employees, the company offers a match up to a certain percentage. We pay the cost of your short- and long-term disability insurance and provide you with the opportunity to set up your own Flexible Spending Account. Oh yeah...if you really spend too much time in the Café, we also have an on-site fitness center available for your use at no cost.
Profit Sharing - In addition to our competitive salaries, all employees receive an annual bonus, based on your performance and the performance of the company.
401(k) and Employer Match - MA cares about the future of their employees. As an employee, you are eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings plan. You are eligible to start contributing to the plan on the first day of the month following your hire date. MA will match 50% of the first 8% you contribute and the match starts immediately.
Flexible Spending Accounts - Our employees are the number one reason for our success, and we want to share that with them. MA provides an annual profit sharing distribution to all employees. The amount varies on company performance. Distributions are made directly to \nyour 401(k) savings plan.
Employer-Sponsored 529 Plan - MA offers two types of flexible spending accounts where employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to use towards eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Employees can defer up to $5,000 a year to each plan.
Disability Insurance - MA has partnered with the College Savings Plan of Nebraska to help employees save for tuition expenses. By participating in an employer sponsored plan, employees pay no annual fee.
Fitness Center - All MA employees are automatically enrolled in our company paid Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance plans.
Annual Bonus - MA employees have access to an onsite fitness center, featuring a variety of strength and aerobic machines.
